Lauren offers a free 15 minute introduction call to determine if working together would be a good fit. From there, Lauren will guide you in scheduling your first appointment which will be an assessment. Please check out the FAQ tab for commonly asked questions.

You can quickly schedule an introduction call by going to the Client Portal tab and click "I'm a new client" to select a time that works for your schedule.
