Lauren offers individual counseling both virtually and in person to ages 18+. Lauren is a trauma therapist and works with clients who face a variety of challenges as a result of trauma or other life experiences.
Often times, if you struggle with balance, dating, friendships, parenting, people-pleasing, anxiety, boundaries, and/or intense emotions, counseling can be helpful to achieve new goals, learn skills, and gain insight into your patterns and beliefs.
Lauren uses a variety of evidence-based modalities and techniques to best fit client's needs.
