At Bright Waves Counseling, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. 

Lauren uses a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. Lauren also places a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Lauren provides this both via online and in person with talk therapy, EMDR or neurofeedback.
