Philosophy
At Bright Waves Counseling, we believe that you have the ability to lead a fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Lauren uses a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with you to identify your goals and develop a customized treatment plan. Lauren also places a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Lauren provides this both via online and in person with talk therapy, EMDR or neurofeedback.
Services
Lauren offers a variety of specialized counseling services to meet your unique needs. Services include individual talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Neurofeedback. Nearly all services can be provided either virtually or in person at the Cornelius office! Lauren provides telehealth to North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida residents.
